Here are some of our programmes that we are currently running!

Zoom exercise
ZOOM EXERCISE

This programme is a full body stretching exercise for seniors. Every Friday at 9am, we exercise together on Zoom and the stretching session generally lasts about 30 minutes.

Staying active is one of the best ways to maintain good health.
Line dance
ELEMENTARY LINE DANCE

Our line dance sessions take place every Wednesday, from 9.15 to 10.30am.

Come and learn line dance moves such as Electric Slide, Cowboy Struts, County Line Cha Cha, etc.

BEGINNER'S GUITAR CLASS

The first guitar lesson commenced on 6 Mar 2019 with 8 students. The instructor taught the students basic guitar chords, time signatures/rhythm, basic strumming techniques, etc.
